"so, it took me a while to get used to"
so, I really wanted to like bit.ai, but it ended up feeling more confusing than I expected. At first the layout looks clean, but then I kept having trouble finding basic things. Some of the buttons and menus just weren’t super obvious, and I spent way too much time clicking around just to format stuff. Maybe it gets easier after using it for a while, but for quick work it felt a bit frustrating

"The templates were actually helpful"
I wasn’t totally sure I’d use the templates at first, but they ended up being really handy. They saved me a bunch of setup time, i probably would’ve overcomplicated things without them.

"I tried using bit.ai with my team for..."
I tried using bit.ai with my team for collaborating on documents, it ended up being frustrating.
The editing didn’t feel super smooth, comments were way too easy to miss, and the page would sometimes feel slooow when more than one of us was working at the same time. We also kept running into little formatting problems that seemed to come back no matter what we did.

It definitely looks nice at first, but for everyday teamwork it just got in the way more than it helped. We eventually gave up and went back to a simpler doc tool...

"Useful, but confusing when you first start"
Bit seems like it could be really helpful once you get the hang of it, but it took me a while to figure out where everything was. I kept thinking certain buttons or settings would be in one place, then I’d click around and end up somewhere else completely. It’s not that the tool is bad, because I can see the value in it, but the first-time setup just felt a little more confusing than I expected. If you’re new to it, you might need to spend some extra time exploring before it really starts to make sense

"Permissions are such a pain"
Sharing docs is fine, but the permissions are confusing. My teammates kept having to ask for access again, and I couldn’t really tell who could edit versus who could only view. It ends up slowing us down way more than it should.

"Finally not digging around for everything"
This has made it way easier to keep track of my stuff. My docs aren’t scattered all over the place anymore, and I can actually find what I need without opening five random folders first. Small thing, but it saves me a ton of annoying little moments during the day, especially when I’m half-distracted with coffee next to my keyboard.

"Everything connects without a fuss"
It plugged right into the tools my team already uses, it just works. I’m saving time every day without having to think much about it.

"Good value for my small team"
bit.ai has been worth the price for our small team. We use it for docs, quick notes, and sharing things with clients, so it’s kind of replaced a few separate tools for us — which is always nice because juggling subscriptions gets old fast.
The plan we chose isn’t the absolute cheapest out there, but for what we’re getting, it feels fair. It’s been easy enough to use, and so far there haven’t been any weird billing surprises, which I definitely appreciate

"Good support , just a little slow sometimes"
Support was helpful and got my doc issue sorted out , but it did take a bit longer than I was expecting

"Wish I’d started using it sooner"
I’ve been using Bit for team docs, it’s been reliable most days. Pages usually load quickly enough, and I haven’t really dealt with crashes or losing work, which is the biggest thing for me. It can get a little sluggish when a doc has a ton of content in it, but overall it’s been dependable. My only regret is not trying it earlier, since it would’ve saved us some headaches with messy shared docs.

"It does look good, I’ll give it..."
It does look good, I’ll give it that. The visuals are nice and clean, but it feels limited once you start using it. I kept running into little layout issues here and there, and after a while those layout issues got kind of annoying. It’s not terrible, but the limited options and the awkward layout problems kept standing out to me.

"Search has been frustrating for me"
I’ve been having a hard time with the search feature. There are notes I know I’ve saved, but when I search for them, they don’t always show up. It makes it kind of annoying when I’m trying to quickly find something I need.

"Real time editing is actually really solid"
I’ve been using bit.ai with my team and the real time editing has been really smooth. We can all jump into the same doc make changes and not worry about things getting messy or disappearing. It does take a second to load sometimes but overall it cuts down on a ton of back and forth for us.

"Pretty handy for team notes"
We started using Bit.ai for our team docs, links, and little updates, and it’s been way easier. I don’t have to scroll thru a million old chat messages anymore just to find one thing. It’s all kinda in one place now, which makes work feel a bit less messy.
